- great location (very close to many metro lines and convenience stores) - excellent variety of choices for breakfast - friendly staff - comfortable beds
- very small room - room looks a bit dated

Very Good
They held our suitcases as we arrived before the check in time from our early flight. It was very convenient and we got to spend the afternoon in Tokyo without having to roll around all our stuff.
They cleaned and made the room despite the "do not disturb" sign that we put on the door and even forgot to give us our towels back. It's not that bad but annoying, especially when we'd have preferred that no one entered our room at all with all our belongings in them.
